Great employees, good customer services, was able to explain options and ingredients. The food was delicious and fresh!

It was ok, the chicken on my sandwich was chewy and didn't have much flavor and the same with my salad

They've changed their menu and some of their staple pieces. Like the tbm melt. No where near as good as it use to be. It's ok. But not an item I will seek out to eat.

I am a regular customer at cosi, but this visit the chicken in my salad was undercooked and the lettuce tasted dirty.
