Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens

I did not see polar bears or tigers. Many of the animals were not visible.

Many animals were not out due to the cooler weather. The elephant paddock needs to be easier to get to. I should not have to pay extra to see a sea lion show or ride the train.

The Zoo is great. There were quite a few animals off exhibit though.

I felt that the zoo admission was too expensive because there was a lot of closed areas in the zoo ... They should offer discounts when zoo areas and animals are closed for viewing.

Kinda cold and animals were hiding

Compared to the zoo from where I'm from (New Orleans), it's not all that special. I did appreciate the otter show but nothing else really stood out from other zoos. I also went on a Monday and it seemed pretty busy. The ticket price was fair for what I paid to see and do. Overall, a 4/5 stars.

Great family experience! We got there around lunch time and didn't expect it would take so long to see everything. We ended up staying until close and didn't even see everything. We will definitely return soon!

There wasn't much animals anywhere

It's a huge place with great animals of all types. Some of the staff is very nice but some are very grumpy.

I just wish the price of the entrance fee or membership covered everything. It's a pain to have to pay extra for the stingray exhibit and the sea lion show
