Love the zoo

Everyone is always polite and provides great service. I would like to recommend that the restrooms be cleaned on a more frequent basis.

Short day

The zoo grounds were very clean and well kept, but many animals were not out because of the cold weather. Only about three quarters of the animals were out, and in some of these cages there seemed to be a large amount of trash, mainly canned drink containers made of cardboard. This definitely distracted from the zoo experience and made the day much less enjoyable.

Went for the zoo lights was highly upset when I purchased tickets for the ice skating they they failed to tell me and the other 5 kids I brought with me that they didn't have skates for them when it clearly states that skates are included. Had very upset kids when I asked for a refund they said they didn't know if they could do it!!! First time I have ever had a problem. This sucked

Australia section was closed and several of the animal displays had no visable animals.

They should sell less tickets to the spooktakular. The amount of people was ridiculous and not fun at all!

Animals looked malnourished, didn't see any water available for them on a hot summer day. Leopards looked like they were going to pass out from heat stroke, very disappointed with the care of the animals :(
