I like the sandwich I got but my husband wanted the Italian sub and they did not have it any more so he was very disappointed.

My mother, nephew, my baby and I came in to eat at Arby's. The service was ok initially. My baby is three months old and had a huge blow out in his car seat while we were there. My mom and I headed to the bathroom to change him and clean up the car seat. The service workers were laughing at us as we walked by. That is rude. Well upon entering the bathroom, we discover that there is NO changing table and we have to change my 3 month old on the bathroom floor! Upon asking why they didn't have one later, we were told that they were unsanitary. I can see that, but the floor is much more unsanitary in the bathroom! In addition, he said that we should have "figured it out" on where we should change the baby. I will not be returning to this location ever again!
