Went to the downtown Indy location and the lady at the window went Out of her way to make me an old Philly beef n Swiss sandwich like the good ole days! I It was awesome and so was she! Great experience

Nice place. The decoration is a little 80's but the staff was very friendly and the place was super clean.

Arby's new Hawaiian roll sandwich is delicious!! And the new apple crisp is quite tasty but could use ice cream. I love Arby's!

Went thru the drive thru and the gal checking me out was so nice! Explained options and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Pleasantly surprised with this quick lunch option!
