Eat at Arby's a lot. Went thru drive thru, had to pull up and wait for part of order, no problem. First time employee came out, did not bring the sauces I had asked for twice. Next time out, did not bring my two kids meals. Third time out, did not bring the extra sandwich I ordered. Finally brought the last item out and said "this is on me." Not sure what she meant because I checked the receipt and I paid for everything I got. Maybe they cancelled the entire transaction, but I doubt it.
