My drink and fries were good but the roast beef was thick, chewy and watery so just ate the bread

My food was cold and my order was wrong: the wait was extremely long and the service was terrible! When I mentioned my order was wrong the cashier asked me if I ordered right! How rude!

food is not good poor service and expensive.
