The Salem Arby's needs some customer service classes... The boy that was working the counter was nice but the tone from the other workers were not friendly and they were loudly bitching about everything

Food was good, but they were very slow. When I pulled up 5 cars ahead of me & when I left there was 6 behind me.

Worst grand turkey club sandwich I've ever eaten. The bun was stale and hard. The turkey was dry and had a "color" to it. The tomatoes were almost soup. It was awful and I threw it away after one bite. Horrible experience.
