Ira the counter guy waited on us the last two times we were there, very nice man. This Arby's always has good tasting roast beef, some others don't.

Clean parking lot. When we entered there was nobody in line, 2 employees behind the counter looking into the kitchen talking neither looked at us or said anything to us for 4 minutes then one of the gentleman said what can I get for you? We ordered 2 cheddar melts, 2 ham melts, 2 medium curly fries and 3 large sodas. He said our total was 17.05 and we gave him $20.05 he gave our change and never during the transaction did he look at us. He never thanked us or asked if we were eating there he just bagged it up.

I was disappointed you quit serving the Gyros. Best item in awhile. My potato cakes were old and stale but they fixed it.
