Poor quality corned beef

First of all, it took at least 6-7 minutes to get my order and I'm on a 30 minute break. I ordered a ham melt and mozzarella sticks. My ham melt was old, they had obviously reheated it, the meat was all hard around the edges. My mozzarella sticks were so burnt that there was zero mozzarella inside of them. I will not return.
