It was right off the interstate and across from the gas station we stopped at. Clean restaurant and fast.

Product offerings are inconsistent with offerings at other Arby's around the country, and front-line staff is not well-trained.

I was very disappointed with my meal. I plan on calling that specific location tomorrow. I ordered a Ham & Swiss Sandwich with extra Swiss, an Apple Turnover & the smallest Mountain Dew they had. I had an Arby's Buck & was asked if I would like to round my order up to 7.00 dollar's & I would receive another Arby's Buck & I said yes & thanked the man who took my order for explaining it to me. I pulled to the window & the young lady was very sweet & pleasant & she took good care of me in a timely manner. I received my food & I was on a road trip & planned on eating on the way. I have never been disappointed with Arby's food. I crave the Ham & Swiss sometimes & the turnover's I crave as well. I like the addition of the drizzle of icing & I like all three of the choices, but I do not like a cold turnover. If they are still made in the restaurant, there is no excuse for a cold one. The restaurant opens at 10:00a.m. & they were steady. When I left the drive thru, it was 10:47a.m. & they finished my order in a timely manner. I have been eating turnover's there for many, many years all over the country. A lot of people I know don't like cold turnover's either & some of my friends stop eating there all together because the sweet treat is no longer hot. But, the biggest disappointment was my sandwich. My Ham & Swiss was full of bristles & the ham was fatty & tough. I could not believe it! I have trouble with a couple of my teeth in the front & a few in the back & me getting ordering the Ham & Swiss was partly because it is soft, easy to chew & is one of my favorite sandwiches there. I couldn't eat it. It was full of gristle's & fat all the way through & the ham seemed to be thicker than usual. I couldn't turn around because I w as headed out of town, but I will let them no tomorrow. After all these years, that is probably the worst meal I have ever purchased there. The Mountain Dew was really good. Carbonation & Syrup combination was really good. It tasted just like I opened
