Food was hot not always the case at fast food

I hadn't been to Arby's in a longtime and was disappointed at the freshness of the food and the temperature. The brisket on my sandwich was dry. My pop was out syrup. It will be a longtime before I return.

I asked for a grand turkey club no mayo or tomato but my order was not prepared correctly it was just a standard sandwich club with mayonnaise

Super slow drive thru and they forgot one of my sandwiches
