they didn't have the sandwich that I wanted even though I received a email stating that the sandwich was availabe. it was the Italian sandwich.

The guy taking orders got my order wrong 2 even after me repeating the error, I was still served the wrong items. Purchased a meal and extra small drink he only handed me 1 cup and when I asked for the other he said he already gave it to me so another lady gave me a cup but was rude like I was trying to receive a extra cup I didn't pay for which wasn't the case. Then when asked if I had got my milkshake I said no because I hadn't and the lady said very rudely yes it shows you ordered a shake and I replied very nicely yes I ordered it but haven't received it yet and she said that's not what I asked!? Very poor service and we visit this particular location often but probably won't anymore unless different people are working and it really makes u think otherwise about visiting other Arby's locations which me and my family really enjoy but when u have problems and rudeness more times than not, why would we continue to go!? Isn't fair for a few terrible workers to lose business and make it a bad experience and meal.

Waited in drive for 20 min without reaching the window. I left!!

Our food order came back incomplete, and after we went to get our food it was still inaccurate. Overall bad experience
