It was ok

I love this place but was so disaapointed that they had run out or fries so we ended up leaving

The whole reason I came to Arby's today was to get the original Kings Hawaiian roast beef sandwich. It's my favorite thing on the menu, and I still order it even though it's off menu. I even verified and double checked when I order going to the drive through but it was rung up and properly. They rang up and gave me the beef brisket Hawaiian sandwich. Going through the drive-through, I wasn't able to check the sandwiches before I came back. Needless to say I was very disappointed, and I would hope in the future employees could bring up tickets properly.
