I chose Arby's because it's very close to my job. However, the service is always VERY slow. I have a 30 min break and it upsets me when half of my break is spent sitting in Arby's drive thru. It had been awhile that I had been to Arby's because they were so slow last time. I love Arby's menu choices, but I can't keep going there, if I won't have time to eat my food. It's very frustrating!

I was totally disappointed with Arby's today. I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich, fries, and the pumpkin cheesecake shake. The fries were just thrown in the bag, the sandwich was dry, and the wait at the drive-thru was ridiculously long!

my salad was all brown and mushy lettuce, after I cleaned it out I had nothing left to enjoy, my dressing choice was also wrong.

They would not honor my coupon so i didnt eat there and probly never will again
