Even though the parking lot was empty and no cars wee in front of it behind me in the drive thru, I managed to spend at least 15 minutes waiting for my food after ordering.

One person in dining area. Appeared to be slow, yet every table in dining room was dirty. After 30 minutes, there was another customer, and still-all tables dirty
