There was one car at the drive through window. We pulled right up to the ordering box. The employee said they would be right with us. 10 mins later no one had taken our order. We left. As we left we notice there was only two employees working.

I ordered the most expensive chicken sandwich meal that you had on the menu which should be a deluxe basically, that should come with lettuce and tomato although it does not. I had to pay extra on top of the already high charge that I had to pay for the meal just to have lettuce and tomato added. The sales person at the counter asked if I wanted shredded or whole leaf lettuce, I said whole but my sandwich was covered in shredded lettuce. the food tasted OK but not great. I wasn't impressed. I usually do not eat at Arby's, and this is exactly why.

The time frame to order at drive thru was sooooo long. Took forever. Not sure why but it was a ridiculous amount of time. Made it a very unpleasant time.
