I love Arbys but today the bread was dry. :(

On my way to Springfield airport short of time. ordered Ruben waited for it fir about 10 minutes. It was served to me not Properly heated. I took a bite found it to be cold threw it away as I didn't have time to wait for the situation to be remedied . Too many customers for me to wait. Very disappointed probably won't return to this location. I fly out weekly for work so it WAS convenient.
