It was a nice visit, until I asked for ranch and the gentleman asked like I cut off his arm. It's called customer service for a reason. Please apologize to him for disturbing him

Chicken salad is now seasonal. And I would have had to wait on chicken. I had to change my order.

After we received our order my other son decided he wanted a small fry. He went up to the register to order an eight minutes later he still didn't have his food. I went up to the register to see what was taking so long and was greeted by the manager who said "what do you need?" There was no apology or anything when we finally did receive our food.

had to wait for potato cakes to be cooked fresh, when they were brought to me they were frozen in the middle. returned them to the mgr who was texting on his phone. I interrupted him stating these are frozen in the middle. He didn't believe me so he mashed them with his fingers. I said just give me my money back. He said what else can I offer you? I asked if there was anything ready I wouldn't have to wait to be coked? He gave me a mixed box of mozzarella sticks & a couple onion rings. I'm very disappointed in the poor food quality served by Arby's.

Pulled up to pay-they made me pay for wrong order. Then fried weren't ready Then came out & had to credit my card then debit right amount Then gave me back someone else's card Then had to get my card back Then 1/2 way home realized my daughter didn't even get her full meal. Called store & told manager (Zach) what happened. He suggested I drive 25 miles back & get a refund. Not worth the gas to drive all the way back in a mini-van
