Arby's

Was very dissatisfied. Went through the drive through for one sandwich and mozzarella sticks and had to wait in a long line. Then I was told to pull forward since my order was taking longer and they actually forgot about me and left me sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food that I had already paid for.

I wanted a beef and cheddar and was given a Reuben. I don't like sour kraut or corned beef. I didn't notice I was given the wrong item until I was way on my way down the road. Needless to say it wasn't a happy meal.
