It was clean and workers were extra friendly

Waited way too long at drive thru. Paid for order. Staff left out 2 orders completely. Went inside and had to wait to get what I ordered--before all those people inside--given to me. Newsflash Arby's staff, I go thru the drive thru to AVOID going inside. Especially on a crappy snowy day and kids in the car.
