Staff was not friendly. Had to ask for napkins because none were provided.

We usually go to a different Arby's and have no issues. Our food was sloppy and didn't taste fresh. Plus it took forever to get it when we were the only ones in the drive thru.

It took a while to get the food. The sandwiches were kinda cold and gross. The cheese sticks were fresh and hot. Overall inside the restaurant was very dirty and gross gnats and flys all over the place.

They should have more than 2 people working and make sure food is cooked thoroughly

I don't think I ever waited so long in a drive thru just to get my order wrong. And for them to forget to use my coupons.

It took about ten minutes to even be fretted and put my order in and there was nobody in line. I was also over charged for things I didn't order and had to get money back

they were horrible it took almost 40 minutes to get our order. we had to wait in the drive thru then wait outside
