I expect Arby's to be slow. Today was super slow. It took 25 minutes from the time on my receipt until I received my food. It was at 5pm so they weren't busy. They had me pull to the Parking lot to wait on my order. Then when the girl came out she went to the other car in the lot even though they said they weren't waiting on food and I was waving to her

First they made me wait at the drive-through while the cashier counted her drawer because it was shift change then they left my food sitting there which got cold no one said anything about the seven minute wait and they didn't care that the food was cold
