Great popcorn

Seats are comfy and picture quality is awesome. Food is terrible and only one server in the restaurant room made for bad service. They really need to rethink number of servers and the menu options. People in Columbus don't like cinnamon in their Cindy sauce (or whatever that weird spice is). French dip sandwich had questionable looking meat on it. Nachos should be made with tortilla chips, not potato chips. Menu tries too hard to be something it shouldn't be. Possibly the worst food experience I've ever had in Columbus.

Seat lacking a headrest was a bit uncomfortable

I wish seats were comfier but I guess it's worth $6

The seating is nice, the staff was friendly, and the experience was overall a good value.

I have no idea why this Film center thinks it's okay for customers to wait in a concession line for 25 minutes. There were at least 6 different employees that I could see behind the counter, but only one was helping the concession line. 3 of the 6 people were attempting to fix the popcorn machine (not sure why it takes so many), so I cannot understand why a manager was not present, or if 1 of the 6 employees was the manager, why the manager was not handling the situation and helping the concession line. I will not be coming back.
