The building is falling apart. Ceiling tiles out, water dripping everywhere. Buckets, cones and tables taken away. It does not make for a pleasurable dining experience. Also, the staff us quite cold and impersonal; much like most employees from urban Baltimore. No true training in dealing with the public.
