Fish is triangle shaped and tasted a bit fishy. Fully loaded fries were ok

It was okay. It wasn't fast though, and we really needed "fast food" since we were in a hurry and wouldn't be able to eat for 6 hours.

Ordered a Reuben and a Rachel sandwich. Pricing would be nice a little lower but sandwiches were awesome

Manager trainee was the rudest person I have ever dealt with i had a buy one sandwich get a sandwich coupon and a free side coupon. I have been able to use them both at this location like this for over a year so I ordered as i alway do. He explained I could not do that so when I tried to tell him I have done it for over a year he said he would not argue with me about a coupon. Then when I got to the window I tried to explain again he said the same thing and if he saw anyone doing it he would stop them. It is not the fact that I could not use the coupon he was very rude. Never once apologized even if he wasn't wrong. I work in customer service and we apologize all the time when we are not wrong. He very demeaning to me.

Drive thru took forever, employees weren't very nice and didn't seem to care that myself and two other cars had to wait
