took too long to give me my order

The order taker did not take the right order wanted a med beef and cheddar and got a regular roast beef. Ordered a smokehouse beef sandwich and it seemed old and not freshly made. Fries and onion rings tasted like they where fried in old grease they had a unpleasant taste to them.

the service is very very slow, they need more people working . I only have a half lunch and the time they take preparing the phone is half my lunch
