The Romeo, MI Arbys store is terribly managed. At 12:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday, Dec 23rd, the tables, lobby, chairs, surfaces, drink station etc were so filthy there was nowhere to sit. No excuse as it was not busy. Employees and management standing around talking about body piercings instead of servicing customers. Will not go back to this store. Terrible food, too.
