The staff at this Arby's location was very friendly and helpful!

the employee in the drive through was extremely soft spoken, and after the recording at the drive through played (which told me to order when ready!) He said "one moment please." Because I couldn't hear him, I thought he asked for my order, so I ordered. he somewhat rudely, though loud enough to actually hear, told me to hold on. I am young with great hearing. anyone working in a drive through should know they need to be loud & enunciate. I could barely hear him when he was 2 ft away. anyway, at the window he was not rude.

Good food and friendly costumer service but takes too much time to get my order out and they missed a couple of things.

All was good except that they always missed something in my order,this time they forgot my jalapeño's bites sauce.
