I had to pull up to wait for my order, but no one was after me. I don't understand this practice with drive-thrus. It seems more practical to have me wait at the window, unless a customer comes in behind me.

Food was ok, fast service

Good but the potato cakes were too greasy

The young lady at the window was not very friendly. I asked her for a cup of ice with no lid and straw I just want to pour the ice into my Drinkware that travels with me during the day. I poured the ice into my cup and attempted to hand the empty cup back to her because there was no trashcan available for The drive-through customers. She shook her finger no to me and then shut the glass door abruptly. My child and I were very confused because we felt her answer to my question was extremely rude and uncalled for.

the food looked delicious on the pictures but I was very displeased with the taste of the sliders. the sofa was strong & refreshing, & the curly fries were ok.

This is the second time the cashier doesn't take good care of customer service.

The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around for about two hours. Soggy bread, cold fries and just gross. Won't be returning.
