Employees were on their phones, which I could see as I was sitting down eating. Food took awhile to come out. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

This Arby's didn't have American cheese for my roast beef sandwich which was very disappointing since I don't like swiss cheese. Also the sandwiches weren't very warm.
