I ordered a beef and cheddar combo. there was no cheddar. I was in a hurry so I did not complain. I forgot about the curly fries, I do not like them. Arby's is not one of my favorite places.

Love the food, HOWEVER. The credit card machine was down. We wanted to order extra food after our initial order. Ordered two additional Jr roast beef and a milkshake (about $6). They put our order in, tried to swipe my card without informing us that the system had been breaking. We waited for several minutes while the machine tried to run my card. The cashier asked me to log into my bank app on my phone to see if it had successfully charged the card (unprofessional). It had not. During those several minutes, our order was filled and put on a tray at the counter ready for pickup. When it became apparent that the card machine was not going to charge it, we were informed that've would need to pay cash for our order to get our food. He said "sorry, I would give you your sandwiches for free but... I can't" We don't usually carry cash, so we couldn't get the food. I then had to watch as the staff took our tray and dumped it in the trash. Unprofessionalism and food waste at its best. Incredibly sad and ironic that the windows of the restaurant were plastered with no child hungry campaign posters.

Employee got the order completely wrong. Service was extremely slow despite only one other customer. Won't return to Arby's in Fredricksburg!
