The drive thru rep was standing outside smoking when we pulled up. There were two cars in front if us. We waited for 20 minutes to reach the window. They had the wrong order when we arrived. Three guys were standing around the one girl working drive thru and they were of little to no help. One of my worst experiences with drive thru service ever.
