Arby's staff is always so friendly. There was a new person at the window, so one of my coupons wasn't accepted. He also charged me for something that I ordered, but I didn't receive it. But, he was new, so I understand.

The food is good, but a little pricey for my budget. I love coupons though. The more coupons I have, the more often I visit. Thank you Arby's.

Drive thru speaker did not work and associate was not very friendly. I bought the brisket sandwich and it seems like Arby's made them smaller since the last time they had them

When I pulled up they had a sign saying honk when you are ready to order. I placed my order and drove up. The drive through had a big dip in the road. When I got to the window the cashier took my money and asked if I wanted any sauce. He was nice but short in his delivery. He gave me my card back then my drink and my meal and said thank you and closed the window. My fries were hot and fresh my sandwich was underwhelming.
