When we walked in and got to register, manager and 2 employees were laughing and talking and not paying any attention to us, the only customers in line. After 5 minutes of this, our order was finally taken. Then it Took 25 minutes of waiting to get our order for dine in. We were so upset at the horrible service, so we asked for a refund before we even received our food. Horrible service. By the time we demanded our refund, there was a lobby filled with unhappy customers, still waiting for their food as well. One customer placed her order and then left and got gas and was back before her party relieved their order. The manager didn't look like he knew what he was doing and looked as if he didn't care either. Because of this experience, I will never go to this Arby's ever again.
