Arby's

Rude cashier. Ordered large drinks and fries, but was given small drinks and fries.

The service was awful. People were standing around and not helping which made the service slow. The cashier waited for 5 minutes for someone to get dimes when she could have just given us nickels. The employee that brought dimes said they had no change left in the safe. They were unprepared. We wanted turnovers and there were none, so they missed out on more extra sales. After we ordered, we tried to get sauces and there was no ketchup and hardly any Arby's sauce. We asked for ketchup and they plunked ketchup packets on our trays. The place was just awful with no leadership or standard for good work. I wish there had been a bell for bad service. Everyone in our group would have rang that twice.
