Arby's

The food was good. Tea was extremely sweet. But the service was absolutely terrible they were so rude. After we finished our order we sat at the drive thru for our total and nobody said a thing for about 2-3 minutes. Finally a lady came over the speaker and told us to pull up. I mean, yeah we knew to pull up but we wanted her to repeat our order before pulling up to pay. I work at a fast food restaurant and I know it can be hectic but there is no reason not to read back an order and the total. But she just went silent. It was ridiculous.
