Order taker was quite impatient, I was cut off multiple times, she was rude when I pulled to the window, then asked to pull forward even though there was no on in line and no one pulled through the drive thru before my order was ready. Very disappointed in the staff of a location I've enjoyed for years.

I love Arby's but I had a really bad experience. When I bit into my fish sandwich there was a piece of paper in my sandwich. I lost my appetite immediately... I think it was the paper that separates the cheese in it pack. Either way it was in my sandwich and it really messed up my experience...
