Great good and awesome milkshakes. The location was clean but did need and update like the others in the regional area. The sandwiches were a little bit skimpy on the roast beef and the fries were hot and fresh. The bathroom needed attended to. There was mess in the toilet and towels all over the men's room floor. I told an associate in the order area but it was not even touched before we left twenty minutes later. The staff was friendly but somewhat slow in filling orders. The sandwiches were very skimpy for gone price paid and not very hot. Otherwise it was an okay visit. They need to speed up service and put a little more roast beef on the sandwiches before they start losing business to the competition. Arby's used to be great - now it's just AVERAGE! Thanks for listening about the Hermitage PA store. The New Castle store had a BROKEN milkshake machine ghat wasn't going to be FIXED until next Tuesday. That's one way to lose a lot of business during the busy ice cream selling season. No milkshakes on a 88 degree day. Poor management at New Castle Pa. Step up your game Arby's before you're left behind the competition. Thanks for listening!
