Things were great

I thought potato cakes were the ones filled with cheese, bacon, sour cream, etc. but they were just like hash browns. I was disappointed. Curly fries were great though, as usual.

lady that was manager or head clerk reprimanded employees while we were waiting to order. She was then very short with us while we ordered. Our order was placed on the counter & we were not notified it was completed. The roast beef was still pink, tough, & the ketchup dispenser was it in place. The manager acted like it was a pain for get to get ketchup packets. We were not satisfied. My sister in law was with us & she couldn't even eat her sandwich because skew said it works on her bowels when it's raw like that & wrapped it up to take home to her dogs. That was our first & last bag experience at Arbys in Chillicothe,Ohio.

Ok. Girl giving me my food, her hair was all over the place. Seemed disinterested in me as a customer

Drive thru too slow. Items over priced.

Sliders are good

Very good

Fast service fresh fries.

I really enjoy Arby's when fast food is my only option. This last visit I was only disappointed with how slowly the drive thru was operated.

Arby's has great menu items for an affordable price.
