took a while to get our food

I like Arby's but it seems that they have raised their prices and cut back on the size of the sandwich and the amount of meat they put in them. We got a jr roast beef for our daughter and there was not much meat on it at all. I'm not thrilled about buying a sandwich with very little meat.

Service was slow and the lady working the window was inattentive and rude. She asked me if I wanted Arby's sauce 3 times and still did not give me any when I answered affirmatively each time.

Loves Arby's but it's expensive

Didn't get my full order of jalapeño bites. Paid for 8 and only got 6.

Service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes to order with no one in front of us. Then it took nearly 15 minutes to get our food. The food was cold, the bread stale and the fries were obviously old.
