The service at the Solon location has slipped since Vince left. The lunch rush does not move as fast.

We got there about 12:25. It got really busy just after we ordered and it took about 10min for our food. My curly fries didn't taste as good as usual but my chicken fingers were good and no one else complained about taste just time.

Sandwich was poorly made, and it was expensive for a "value meal"

Potato cakes were cold and soggy. Beef n' Cheddar was sloppily made, with sauce on the outside of the wrapper.
