They forgot our fries, so at first we were upset and went through the drive thru again. However, they were really nice and apologized and then gave us the largest fry (which was bigger than originally ordered). It made us want to go there again because when something gets screwed up at a competitor, they are usually not as nice about it and make us feel guilty for asking for our food.
