15 min drive thru wait, lettuce and tomato on the flatbread brisket was gross. Too expensive

Worst customer service ever! I specifically ordered a meal AND a side salad. I had to repeat this three times. They still managed to get it wrong. They substituted the fries for a salad, which is NOT what I ordered! Thankfully I checked the bag before I drove off, and found the French fries were missing. On top of not listening to my order, and getting it wrong, there was no acknowledgement or apology. No one deserves this treatment.
