The person taking our order kept interrupting. we had requested no sauce and because he continued to interrupt we ended up getting our whole order wrong. It would have been better if he had slowed down and repeated our order back to us.

I was not happy with the service at Arbys at all. Took 25 minutes to go through the drive-through and after that when I open the bag to eat my food my bun was burnt and the meat was cold.
