Came on doing lunch time and they ran out of hot dogs which was crazy cause this a movie theater and run out of the only fast hot item

They have promotion for different types of souvenir and refill savings cups but they didn't have either cup. They make you wait in a long line in the lobby for new movies instead of letting you take a seat. People sitting on the floor and concession food getting cold. Price is to high for tickets and food. They need discounts and coupons Need better food options for diet restricted customers

The air condition was not working and they did not offer a curtesy compensation had to buy more drinks b/c it was so hot and it melted fast. Was very uncomfortable with the heat. Went to report and guest services did nothing
