The picture quality is very good. The seating is comfortable although their seats are beginning to look worn out and ripped they need to replace a lot of seats.

I've been going to Cinemark for years and it has slowly gone downhill. You need to reinvest in yourself to keep customers coming... The seams in the screen were showing. The light bulb from the projector was flickering like it was ready to blow. A lot of the seats where in disrepair. The seats that looked safe to sit in where not comfortable, Cinemark needs to change its slogan to 3rd best seat in town. AMC, regal, Paragon all have plush electric recliners that are super comfortable! The outside of the building needs to be painted, it looks dirty. The staff was exceptionally good and the theater was clean, inside and out. It's just showing its age. It's sad because I've grown up in the area and this use to be the place to been seen. Please reinvest in Paradise to bring it back to the glory of my younger days... Oh and please look into serving BEER! Thanks and have a great day!
