Bless her heart, but the associate at the counter was in the first days of training. It didn't seem as though her trainers were keen on helping. That said the trainee was so very sweet and she was trying so hard. I think she will be great with proper instructions. This experience will not deter me from visiting Arby's again in the near future.

I ordered what I wanted, was questioned about a jr size hot ham and cheese, restated my order emphasizing that I wanted a regular size. WE got home with our order and my son's order was correct and tasty. I got a thin small ham and cheese that must have been a junior, it certainly bore no resemblance to the thickly piled thin sliced ham sandwich pictured.
