I placed my order at the drive thru clearly and when I reached the window it was only half the order. Then she was rather put off by the fact that she didn't hear my order like it was my fault. When we received our Pepsi's one of them tasted funny so we just poured it out and drank a soda at home. Very disappointed because this Arby's is usually very good when the older gentleman is managing, which he wasn't today unfortunately!
