Arby's

Me and my boyfriend went to Arby's specifically for a jamocha shake. We went through the drive thru and ordered, received the item from a pleasant associate. Took a sip and the shake didn't taste right, tasted like a regular chocolate shake. My boyfriend went inside to find out what's going on with it. The associate inside was rude but let him try the reg chocolate shake and he said it tastes the same and wanted a refund. The associate gave him an issue with the refund even though there was clearly only a small sip taken from the ordered jamocha shake that was being returned.
